Do you offer customized Hotel packages?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and PayPal for advance bookings. Payments at the property can also be settled in cash (EUR).
Is the Hotel Cost Included In Tour Packages?
For our curated Algarve experience packages, accommodation is bundled with select activities and transfers. Standalone bookings are also available for guests who prefer to self-plan their itinerary.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Early bird rates carry separate terms disclosed at time of booking.
