At 861 square feet, this suite pairs warm parquet flooring, a plush queen bed, and a generous seating area with one of Aurelia Sands’ most sought-after features — a private furnished balcony overlooking our manicured gardens and the shimmer of the Atlantic beyond.

The suite is fully equipped for comfort and convenience. A dedicated dressing room, in-room safe, flat screen TV, and fully stocked minibar sit alongside a coffee and tea maker and complimentary bottled water refreshed each day. The en-suite bathroom features a rainfall shower, bathrobes, slippers, and premium Portuguese toiletries. Guests are kindly requested to maintain noise levels considerate of other residents, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Balcony use is subject to the same quiet hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite and on the balcony. A designated outdoor smoking area is available at ground level.
The suite accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. Additional guests are not permitted without prior arrangement with reception.
Minibar items are charged to the room account and settled at checkout. The minibar is restocked daily by housekeeping.
This room is booked under a non-refundable rate. No amendments or cancellations are permitted once the booking is confirmed. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be retained.
